That paint room is a must; all these rusty heaps seem to need paint help in one form or another.

Go for it. I did. My new garage is 60×40 airconditioned, 12 ft ceilings, a lift, piped in compressed air, 15 8ft dual tupe floursecent light fixture and 6 ceiling fans. It’s awesome and I stay out of my wife’s hair most of the time now. There are some pics on the XKEData site. Car#890018 I definitely think you need a shop, go for it.
