I have temporarily bolted together a few bits…and I only have a few bits so far because it takes me forever to produce each one!
Here the second arch is curing in the form, as I put the fuel tank supports in place. (I need to get some longer bolts, the ones connecting the cross-pieces to the inner fenders are a wee bit short.)
“Why is this piece so elaborately shaped?” It all becomes clear in time. The piece forward of it might need some additional work, it was a replacement from the accident and I have no model for it.
All is not complete sunshine. If I take the clamps off, the left side wants to pull in towards the center of the car. I’ll loosen pieces until I discover what’s driving that, it’s probably as simple as the plywood/sill join.
